Admissions Online

Welcome to Holy Family Catholic School and thank you for your interest.
How to Apply
Applying is easy using our Online Application. We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. There is a $50 non-refundable fee for submitting the application which includes the cost of the placement test.
Create an Online Application
To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed application.
Priority Grouping
Priority grouping for students applying for admission shall be determined by the following:
1st Group   Children presently enrolled in HFCS, their siblings and children of HFCS employees
2nd Group   Children who are members of Holy Family Parish
3rd Group   Children who are not members of Holy Family Parish
When several students within a particular priority grouping are equally eligible for a limited number of positions the date and time of the completed application will be used to determine the sequence of selection.

Specific Admissions Criteria

All Grades – Immunization Policy

Every student enrolled in a Catholic School in the State of Texas shall be immunized against vaccine preventable diseases caused by infectious agents in accordance with the immunization schedule adopted by the Texas Department of State Health Services.  A student who fails to present the required evidence shall not be accepted for enrollment.  The only exception to the foregoing requirement is a medical exemption signed by a licensed physician (M.D. or D.O.) authorized to practice in the State of Texas, including the physician's license number.

Immunizations are not in conflict with the Catholic faith.  Conscientious objections or waivers, which may be permissible for attendance in public schools, do not qualify as an exemption in Catholic schools in Texas. (Atty. Gen. Op. GA-0420)

All students enrolled in the Pre-Kindergarten program must be completely potty trained.

8th Grade

Students are not admitted to the 8th grade unless they have been successfully enrolled in a Catholic school for the previous two school years and are relocating from another geographical area or if there are extenuating circumstances.
